Signs & Smiles is offering a number of classes to homeschool families on Mondays and Wednesdays in Londonderry, Derry, and Concord. We are servicing families from the surrounding area in these groups including Hudson, Windham, Chester, Sandown, Hampstead, Londonderry, Concord, Bedford and more. If your child is a homeschooler looking to add a second language, groups are always forming from preschool to high school. If you are interested in joining or starting a group, please contact Signs & Smiles today!

December was a blur of power outages, ice storms, and cancellations. January brings us more stability and renewed commitment to education and better ourselves and our families. I’ve been busy providing sign language therapy for children with a variety of needs. In addition, Signing Events at Tyngsboro, Windham and Londonderry Libraries have been a hit!
Classes are now forming for Homeschoolers from preschool to high school level. If you are interested in joining on of our on-going homeschool classes in the Southern NH area, please contact Signs & Smiles. Also, private classes will be starting for moms clubs and playgroups very soon. If you are interested in joining one of these mom and me classes, let me know asap so you’ll be sure to be included. (NH or northern MA area)

Introduction to Signing with Your Baby Workshop:
Participants will learn all of the basics to communicate through the use of American Sign Language signs. Topics include, when is the best time to start, the benefits of signing, how to incorporate signing in daily activities, and basic signs to begin. Get involved in learning more about Speech and Language. Talk to your child about everything! An ongoing play-by-play will help babies and children learn new vocabulary and try new words themselves.
